Registered retailers and reviewers / contributors are totally responsible for the content of the contributions published on this website and guarantee that Consumer View, it's staff, agents or representatives are held indemnified for any demand whatsoever that may be raised by any party as a result of posting content on this website.

Registered retailers and reviewers / contributors may not post content which :-breaks any relevant local, national or international law or which incites or encourages others to break any such law;
is racist, sexist or homophobic or otherwise discriminatory;
is pornographic, obscene, profane, vulgar, or contains swearing (including words which use * or any other symbols instead of a letter to make the profanity less obvious);
is defamatory of any specifically named person;
infringes the rights (including but not limited to the intellectual property rights) of any person or legal entity;
impersonates, or attempts to impersonate another person, whether or not that person is a user of this website / service;
infringes the privacy of an individual or company, including (but not limited to) posting specific contact details of another individual;

To help us moderate the service, all Content must be in English only.

Registration
We off a FREE TRIAL with no obligation to continue using our service after this period. If you do decide to continue the minimum contract period is 12 months prepaid.
Cancellation
Registered retailers can cancel their service at any time with the option to leave any reviews on the site or remove them completely, if removed all associated data will be deleted. Refunds are not given where the retailer decides to cancel the service.
Cookies
We only use session cookies to confirm that a retailer has logged in or if a reviewer is present on the website, these cookies are essential so that the website can "remember" who is logged in as users move from page to page. We also use a session cookie to validate that a human being is filling in the contact form by using a validation code. Session cookies expire once you have left this website, parts of the site will not work if these cookies are not permitted. If you do not wish to allow the use of these cookies you may leave this website and the cookie will expire / be removed.
